Esther is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Chairo Consulting. With over 20 years of experience running her own business, she is passionate about building a team that empowers federal agencies to achieve their missions. Throughout her career, she has tackled a wide range of challenges, from complex IT implementations to strategic business planning. She has held leadership roles across various industries, from spearheading payroll operations for a real estate company to managing customer support teams for HR software providers. This experience has provided her with a deep understanding of the inner workings of federal agencies and the unique opportunities and obstacles they face.
